1. Course Enrollment

Your admission is confirmed only after the course fee has been successfully received and verified by DMIB.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Students may request cancellation before receiving course login credentials or course access.
• Once the student account, recorded videos, study materials, or training access has been provided, the admission is considered confirmed.
• After course access has been granted, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

As our courses include digital learning materials, recorded videos, downloadable resources, and practical training, all course fees are generally non-refundable after access has been provided.

• No refund after student login credentials have been shared.
• No refund after access to recorded video lectures has been provided.
• No refund if the student decides not to continue or complete the course.
• No refund for missed online or offline classes.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payment

• If a duplicate payment or incorrect payment is made due to a technical error, DMIB will verify the transaction.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Batch Rescheduling

DMIB reserves the right to reschedule classes, modify training schedules, or update the course curriculum whenever necessary. Students will be informed in advance whenever possible.

6. Course Updates

To ensure students learn the latest industry practices, DMIB may update course content, software, tools, modules, assignments, and recorded videos without prior notice.

7. Student Responsibility

• Please review the course syllabus, duration, fees, and training format before making payment.
• Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Sharing course videos, study materials, or login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

8. Changes to this Policy

DMIB reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policies will be published on this page.
